To meet each moment without trepidation 
or expectation of reward 
To trust in the promise that today brings 
And know that all is well even in chaos 
To not feel compelled to fill in silences 
within and without 
To finally know that deep rest within 
To finally Be 
just be 
while relentlessly witnessing the dance of Life 
Nestled in its lap 
Uncertain, unsure, and yet full of faith 
till the last breath
