This week is all about Mindful eating
We are often found to be eating without sometimes seeing it as a resource for nourishment and holistic functioning of ourselves. Owing to the engagement to devices or pending deadlines etc. the experience of eating which in itself could count as a much needed break is not counted as important.
- How do you usually have your meals/snacks? For e.g. Is there a need to use a device/ prefer eating with someone, do you like solitude? Etc…
- Can you find the time to pre-set your meals or prefer ordering in?
- Would you like to change your current experience of having food for atleast one meal?
- What do you suppose is the meaning of conscious eating?
- When were you previously able to get close to the experience of ‘conscious eating’?
As you continue your journaling journey, let these prompts be your guide. Embrace the blank pages as opportunities to explore, understand, and celebrate your own existence.
