Role Overview:

As Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), you will play a critical role in acquiring CSR business, coordinating with corporate clients, and overseeing the entire operations of CSR projects. You will leverage your industry connections, network, and CSR project expertise to promote our mobile applications to both businesses and consumers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's movement dedicated to empowering individuals to recognize, prevent, cope with, and fight against abuse.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager - CSR to lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

1. Identify and secure CSR partnerships and projects.
2. Develop proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
3. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
   2. Program Management:
4. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR initiatives.
5. Ensure alignment of projects with corporate clients' CSR goals and organizational objectives.
6. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
   3. Client Coordination:
7. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
8. Provide regular updates, reports, and impact assessments to clients.
9. Address client feedback and ensure project satisfaction.
   4. Team Leadership:
   5. Lead and mentor the CSR team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
   6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

 

 

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 7–10 years of CSR management experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs.
3. Strong knowledge of CSR regulations and compliance.
4. Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Willing to travel for project execution
