HR and Admin Executive

Bangalore, India

· Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

· Providing counseling on policies and procedures

· Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed

· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

· Assist in performance management processes

· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

· Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting

· Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. · Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

· Strong ethics and reliability

· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
