    Responsibilities: 

    • Conducting in-depth research on company-related topics and developing original content. 
    • Creating diverse content including blogs, articles, service descriptions, social media posts, and website content. 
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content for advertising campaigns. 
    • Proofreading and editing content for accuracy and consistency. 
    • Implementing SEO best practices to enhance website traffic. 
    • Crafting compelling headlines and body copy to engage the target audience. 
    • Identifying client needs and recommending new content to address gaps. 
    • Monitoring content success through KPIs like website traffic and conversions. 
    • Creating and executing a content calendar to meet deadlines. 
    • Organizing schedules and coordinating with freelancers to ensure timely completion of drafts. 
    • Utilizing company's style guides and publication policies. 
    • Collaborating with various departments for content needs. 
    • Developing content for multiple platforms including websites, email marketing, videos, and blogs. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies, Culture 
    • Proficiency in English, additional regional languages are advantageous. 
    • Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar. 
    • Enthusiastic about working with startups and supporting all departments. 
    • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
    • Willingness to travel as required by the organization. 
    • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 
    • Structured and conceptual approach to work. 
    • Candidates with social work experience and degree are preferred.
