Juggling portfolios, kids, and meals,

The invisible juggling act, never revealed.

Equality's promise, a shimmering mirage,

As cracks appear on the executive wall.

 

Yearning to shatter the ceiling's hold,

Let fragments fall, stories unfold.

To rise above, wings unfurled,

Not a juggling act, but a new world.
