Dear Seerat
I know you don't hear this often enough, but I'm proud of you.
For surviving what tried to destroy you.
For showing up each day when your heart was heavy.
For holding love in your hands even when the world gave you every reason to close your fists.
You've carried pain that no one truly saw, and still, you chose to keep going. That is a kind of bravery people don't write books about - the quiet kind, the invisible strength it takes just to stay.
And I want you to know: that matters.
You have always been more than the things that tried to break you.
More than the voices that made you feel small.
More than the scars that still ache in silence.
There's a softness in you that hasn't given up on people, on love, on dreams - even when you were left alone with nothing but your thoughts. That softness? It's not weakness. It's your power. Never lose it.
And when the noise of life becomes too much... come back here.
To your truth.
To your heart.
To this letter.
A Letter to Myself - Seerat
Remember that healing is not linear.
That you are allowed to take your time.
And that you don't need to carry the weight of the world to prove your worth.
You are enough.
You have always been enough.
And you are deeply, deeply loved - by the future you who looks back at this moment and whispers:
You made it.
With love, always
Me
