The courage to return to yourself.

Daring to flow does not mean staying calm all the time.
It means building the flexibility to move through difficult moments without completely losing yourself in them.
Conflict may still affect you. Criticism may still hurt. Overwhelm may still show up. But flow is the ability to notice when you are pulled away and know what helps you return.
