Role Overview:
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your industry connections, network, and sales expertise to promote our mobile applications to both businesses and consumers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's bottom line, and you will have the opportunity to earn an incentivized salary based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Sales and Business Development:
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry connections and network.
b. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
c. Create and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
d. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
e. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote iDare
2. B2C Sales and Market Expansion:
a. Develop strategies to drive B2C sales through various channels, including online marketing, partnerships, and direct sales.
b. Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new sales opportunities.
c. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
b. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
c. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
a. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.
b. Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives.
c. Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to inform product development and improvement.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
a. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
b. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
c. Develop long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
1. Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar senior sales role, preferably in the mobile applications or technology sector.
3. Strong network and industry connections.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
5. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Structured and conceptual approach to work.
11. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced start- up environment.
